Fair-use 7-day refunds

We want China Trip Mandarin to feel useful, clear, and practical. Because this is a digital learning product with immediate access, our refund policy is designed to be fair to genuine buyers while reducing abuse.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

You cannot access the product and we cannot resolve the issue.
You purchased the same product by mistake more than once.
The first lessons do not match what was described on the product page.
You purchased during early access and the delivery plan changed materially.

Fair-use limit

Because the course is digital and can be consumed quickly, we may decline refund requests when there is clear evidence that a buyer has substantially accessed, downloaded, copied, or used the paid pack before requesting a refund.

How to request a refund

Contact support@lingoweek.cc within 7 days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout, your order number if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

Payment provider refunds

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant-of-record provider. Refunds may be processed through that provider's own systems, and the provider may also issue refunds at its discretion to prevent disputes or chargebacks.

A 7-day policy is enough time for some users to finish the material. That is why this policy is a fair-use policy, not an unconditional “finish the course and refund” policy.

No physical returns

China Trip Mandarin is a digital product. There are no physical goods to return.
