Terms for using China Trip Mandarin

These Terms govern your access to and use of China Trip Mandarin, a self-paced digital Mandarin learning product for first-time China visitors.

1. Product scope

China Trip Mandarin provides digital language learning content, including written lessons, Mandarin phrases, audio, explanations, practice prompts, and related downloadable materials where available.

China Trip Mandarin does not provide live tutoring, translation services, travel booking, visa services, legal advice, emergency assistance, or professional safety advice.

2. License to use the content

When you purchase a paid product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, copy, scrape, package, or share paid content publicly or commercially without written permission.

3. Early access

If you purchase during early access, some lessons may still be in production. The product page or delivery page will describe what is available immediately and what will be delivered later.

4. Payments

Payments are intended to be processed by Lemon Squeezy. The payment provider may collect payment details, tax information, fraud signals, and other information needed to process the transaction.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refund requests are reviewed under a fair-use standard.

6. Educational use only

The content is designed to help you learn practical Mandarin. It may include context about common communication situations, but it should not be treated as official travel, legal, visa, medical, emergency, or safety advice.

7. Accuracy and availability

We try to make the lessons practical and accurate, but real-world conditions, local policies, app interfaces, transportation rules, payment flows, and service practices can change. We do not guarantee that every phrase or scenario will solve every situation.

8. Original content

Course dialogues, explanations, exercises, and lesson structures are original learning materials. Audio is generated or produced using licensed tools. Images used in the product are original, generated, licensed, or otherwise used with permission where applicable.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or course content to break the law, harass others, reverse engineer access controls, interfere with the service, or violate third-party rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, China Trip Mandarin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
